This site is the one of the BCSF-Rénass (Bureau central sismologique français - Réseau national de surveillance sismique), a component of the National Observation Action (ANO) “Seismology” of the National Observation Service (SNO) “Solid Earth” labelled by the CNRS-INSU and managed by the Ecole et Observatoire des Sciences de la Terre (EOST - Unité d’appui et de recherche - UAR830) in Strasbourg.

Objective

This site aims to disseminate information on French seismicity produced by the BCSF-Rénass for mainland France and by our partners for overseas France; the volcanic and seismological observatories of the Institut de Physique du Globe de Paris (OVSG - Guadeloupe, OVSM - Martinique, OVPF - Reunion Island) and the Réseau de surveillance volcanologique et sismologique of Mayotte (Révosima).
